Vanwege grote (internationale) groeimogelijkheden zoekt Rogon een doortastende Sales Manager Fulltime | Helmond De functie De missie van de Sales Manager is om in de Benelux onze sterke positie verder uit te bouwen en in Europa een mooie positie op te bouwen. Daartoe ontwikkel je als MT-lid op basis van een heldere visie je groeiplannen en leidt op een gestructureerde wijze en met flair de implementatie. In de Benelux stuur je een team Account Managers aan die winkels en regionale ketens bewerken, een team Service Merchandisers die onze 'eigen' winkels runnen en je geeft leiding aan de Sales Binnendienst. Je ontwikkelt zelf de grote Key Accounts en samen met de afdeling Category Management jaag je op de grootste (Europese) kansen; je ontwikkelt de op het land/klant afgestemde propositie, maakt de deal en bouwt deze prospects uit met professioneel Key Account Management. Target klanten zijn de retailers in diverse segmenten; Wonen, Discount, Tuin, Meubel, Doe Het Zelf en E-commerce. Met de afdeling Category Management bouw je ook aan versterking van het product portfolio. Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen en mobiliseert de organisatie om aan de hoge eisen van je klanten te voldoen als preferred partner. Vanzelfsprekend ben je verantwoordelijk voor de winstgevendheid van je klanten en je rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur. Profiel van de ideale kandidaat Ondernemende sales en resultaat gedreven persoonlijkheid met: Ca. 5 tot 7 jaar (new) business development ervaring in consumer goods, bij voorkeur in de interieur of mode branche. Natuurlijk Sales leiderschap en Key Account Management professional Uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden. Kennis van talen (Engels, Frans, Duits) en een actueel netwerk zijn een grote pré. Universitair of HBO niveau, richting commerciële economie/bedrijfskunde. Sales zit in je DNA en je bent een overtuigende (relatie)bouwer en jager die ideeën kan vertalen in concrete voorstellen en deals. Je kijkt, ziet en verbindt kansen aan de verkoop- en inkoopzijde en combineert outgoing salesmanship met gedetailleerd commercieel/financieel inzicht. Je denkt als een retailer, begrijpt category management, winkelpresentatie en schaprendement en hebt affiniteit met design/kleur trends. Je bent een teambuilder met flair en durf, kunt strategisch meedenken en je aanpak is gestructureerd. Daarnaast heb je plezier om met je team aan verbetering te werken.
