If you can identify yourself with the tasks and qualifications of this exemplary position, we would like to get in touch and present you all suitable positions. • Direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer • Provide direct leadership and management • Help improve business strategies in cooperation with the senior team • Ensure effective execution of corporate strategy • Attract and retain a high calibre management team • Communicate effectively with senior management team and support groups • Ensure direct reports are also current in their knowledge • Remain informed of trends • Partner with support departments to ensure programs, policies and procedures are adhered to • Routinely evaluate talent in partnership with Human Resources • Provide leadership to regional staff • Evaluate monthly financial reports and provide guidance and direction to the management team in property financial operations • Ensure achievement of NOI • Review and approve the recommended operating budgets • Hold VPs accountable for financial performance, capital execution and repositioning, and operational matters including resident feedback, training and performance standards • Develop strong market knowledge of core markets • Ensure VPs and RMs are well versed in their operating market and sub-markets Core Competencies • BA/BS in business or related field • Must display a professional image and demeanour at all times • Must be familiar with MS Excel and Word • Must possess willingness and demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service • Must be able to understand directives both orally and in writing • Must be have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting and forecasting • Must have sales and marketing experience to include sales training and goal setting, market analysis, market plan creation and implementation • Demonstrate the ability to implement comprehensive programs and business strategies that support the company's financial goals and objectives • Must have strong interpersonal skills to develop and enhance business relationships; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible • Must have strong leadership and management skills to include recruiting, hiring, team-building, coaching and mentoring skills • Must possess strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills • Must be resourceful and well organized; able to manage multiple priorities

If you can identify yourself with the tasks and qualifications of this exemplary position, we would like to get in touch and present you all suitable positions. • You will support the Strategy and Planning team in developing the Corporate Strategy and initiating and leading key strategic projects at a high level of quality, against agreed objectives, budget and timelines. • Strategic projects can focus on the development of the strategic recommendations that are critical to the overall business success as well as the implementation of strategic decision in very close cooperation with senior management, other corporate functions and external top management consultants. • Furthermore the Corporate Strategy Manager will be involved in screening of the environment for new business opportunities, which includes assessing political, economic, social and technological trends and identifying and evaluating innovative strategic opportunities and business models. • The role may also involve engagement in the area of defining the internal and external contracts in identified areas as well as developing entry strategies and implementation plans for such new business opportunities. • Major accountabilities include responsibility to manage projects including cross-business, cross-functional, and external stakeholders plus development and challenge of the content of assigned projects. • MBA or equivalent education • Some years working experience • Project management experience, including knowledge on key project management concept and tools • Extensive experience in managing diverse stakeholders on a Senior Management level • Profound experience in strategy development and knowledge on key strategic concepts • Ability to synthesize complex business information and data into a concise recommendation • Ability to abstract information in the light of overall Corporate priorities • Experience in supporting the implementation of strategic decisions within the operational units • Financial modelling capabilities • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills • Attention to detail while being able to abstract information on a high level • Ability to prioritize actions and to ensure appropriate support and resource • Knowledge on digital agronomy or digital business models a plus
