Technical Management Trainee

Position Purpose & Summary During the TMT training period you will apply your technical expertise and leadership potential in a hands-on ; Early on, the TMT will be responsible for a significant part of the maintenance process and for the people that make it happen. You will be expected to contribute to productivity, quality and improvement of the maintenance Your success is determined by your capability to develop leadership skills. In the European Graduate Program, you could expect some or all of the following experiences within the first two years with Cargill: initial assignment to a job on-going formal soft skill development and technical training mentoring provided by a Cargill manager networking with International colleagues Principal Accountabilities 10% Active participation in safety- and foodsafety-development 50% Introduction of and leading the process of Stable Maintenance / Integrated Daily Execution of Maintenance processes. Introduction of IDEX cycle in maintenance processes: planned work vs executed work & analysis of deviations and subsequent improvements on efficiency. Optimisation of shut-down planning process Improvement in Preventive Maintenance : closing the feedback-loop by embedding a process of evaluation of work performed and learnings to be implemented in Job Plan Drafting of MOC (Management Of Change) documents 10% Implementation of BU's Equipment Maintenance Strategy 10% Development of Zero Base Budget approach 5% Review/Update of Spareparts Strategy Minimum Required Qualifications Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent) Up to 2 years of working experience Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (fluent) High integrity standards Demonstrated natural leadership ability Self-starter and fast learner; highly motivated and able to work independently Teamwork; ability to work in a cross-functional team Able to proactively identify and resolve problems Strong analytical, prioritizing and interpersonal skills Flexibility; able to cope with fast changes within a growing company Willingness to travel Creativity and innovative approach in building and/or improving systems and processes Practical, hands-on mentality Preferred Qualifications Technical, operational knowledge Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (fluent) Flexibility; able to cope with fast changes within a growing company Strong analytical, prioritizing and interpersonal skills Practical, hands-on mentality
