De afdeling engineering is verantwoordelijk voor orderrealisatie zowel mechanisch als op het gebied
van besturing. Binnen het jonge, enthousiaste team zoeken we uitbreiding met een
besturingsengineer die toe is aan de volgende stap in zijn carrière.

Tot het takenpakket van de afdeling behoren:

Orderrealisatie:

  • Het softwarematig configureren van nieuw te leveren installaties.
  • Het ontwikkelen van klantenspecials via onze proces ontwikkeltool.
  • Het besturingstechnisch upgraden van bestaande installaties in het veld (retrofits)
  • Ondersteuning verlenen bij problemen en commissioningtrajecten via remote access.
  • Het testen van de installaties op de FAT vloer.
  • Het af en toe verlenen van assistentie op locatie in het buitenland.
Aangezien je waarschijnlijk ook deel zult nemen aan ontwikkelprojecten is ervaring op onderstaande aspecten ook gewenst:
  • Het ontwikkelen van process-automatiseringsoplossingen binnen onze Automation omgeving.
  • Het integreren van nieuwe oplossingen en beheren van onze huidige proces configureerbare
  • database.
  • Ontwikkeling 0-serie installaties en in-house testen.
  • Ondersteuning verlenen bij problemen en commissioningtrajecten van nieuwe ontwikkelingen,via remote access maar ook fysiek in het veld.

Onze opdrachtgever is een specialist in het langer houdbaar maken van voedingsmiddelen en dranken en opereert in een kennisintensieve en dynamische omgeving. Het is een internationale organisatie met een vestiging in Amsterdam en wereldwijd diverse verkoop - en servicekantoren. Zowel de ontwikkeling als de productie hebben ze in eigen huis.
Je komt direct in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever.

  • Minimaal een HBO opleiding (Industriële automatisering / Besturingstechniek / Elektrotechniek).
  • Ervaring in de industriële automatisering (2 of 3e stap in carrière).
  • Ervaring in - of minimaal affiniteit met machinebouw.
  • Ervaring met of kennis van procesinstallaties en -regelingen is een pre.
  • Bereidheid tot af en toe reizen en kort verblijf in het buitenland.
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van meerdere types PLC's. Kennis van Siemens of Beckhoff is een pré.
  • Ervaring met een object georiënteerde PC omgeving (C#, C++) i.c.m. MSSQL database

Field Service Engineer

Als Field Service Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor service, onderhoud, retrofits en trainingen van onze machines op locatie bij de klant. Vanwege ons gevarieerde klantenbestand ben je veelvuldig onderweg in binnen- en buitenland (ook buiten Europa). Je lost technische problemen en vraagstukken zelfstandig op en je bent het gezicht het bedrijf.

Software Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for developing, testing and correcting operational electrical machinery and equipment while adhering to pre-established guidelines and engineering specifications. You will be programming automation and control systems using mainly Siemens S7 but also Allen Bradley and GE Fanuc. The introduction of new products into volume production by defining requirements, reviewing design proposals and driving technical solutions for problems encountered during the proto/pilot phase of the product.

Job Description
In a high tech production environment, we support manufacturing and qualification. Of the first pilot systems, with technical expertise, to overcome complex issues on newly introduced products and technologies. With experience and learnings on typical performance, we support the design organization, in setting requirements and defining improvements. A continuous cycle of learning, improving and sharing insights, to support the technical roadmap of ASML.
 
Field of expertise: NXE Source - Controlled optical on-droplet beam alignment
This functional module deals with the metrology and corresponding hardware in the source to guarantee optimal on droplet CO2 performance. You are challenged to exploit your optical, mechanical and metrology expertise in order to contribute to a successful creation of plasma.
 
Facilitate New Product Introduction
  • Contribute in New Product Definition & Generation (requirement setting & design review)
  • Technical? Responsibility on first pilots (process and product performance review)
  • Use 'lessons learned' in mature products to improve current and future products
 
Resolve disturbances: last escalation line
  • Take ownership for escalated issues (start to finish)
  • Adapt 'way of working' to customer's processes and organization
  • Solve complex and cross-modular disturbances through team effort

  • Extended experience with production and engineering and project management skills
  • Experience with Matlab is preferred.

The sector drives the industrialization of solutions relating to Reliability, Availability, Manufacturability and Serviceability (RAMS) into ASML's products from the moment of their conception until they meet the Customer's specifications and expectations.

Within the MA&I department, the Service & Manufacturing Department (S&MT) department brings together the key competences needed to execute the related industrialization throughout ASML's product development programs. As a part of S&MT, the AV Engineering group looks for solutions to maximize uptime of our systems for our customers. 

Job Description
The main driver is to increase the robustness of our  products and processes with a strong focus on ASML Product Improvement within New Product and Sustaining projects.
Within these projects you will focus on:

  • Analysis of system availability with focus on cause and effect (MTBI + MTTR).
  • Identify and initiate design + process improvements in cooperation with Functions / Projects
  • Align on maintenance packages together with equipment engineers to reduce downtime impact at the customer's site.
  • Improve the quality of feedback from the field together with our Customer Support department towards projects and programs.
You will interface with line and program level stakeholders within a broad scope of sectors (D&E, System Engineering and Customers Support) and use your expertise to inform the Product Development Manager, Product Cluster Manager, System Engineering, Project Leader and Project Architect. You will report to the AV Engineering Group Leader.

Experience

  • 5 years' experience in a multidisciplinary technical environment.
  • Proven track record with Service activities and specifically diagnostics and calibrations (RAMS).
  • Broad scope (software, mechanics, electronics, IT infrastructure, Customer Support).
  • Capable of doing analysis on new design to define the critical availability areas that need improvement to meet specs.
  • Familiar with Design and service processes.
  • Knowledge about data structure and modeling.
  • Used to work in time and budget driven project environments.
